Here Be Dragonflies

The expression “Here be dragons

means dangerous or unexplored territories, in imitation of the medieval practice of putting dragons, sea serpents and other mythological creatures in uncharted areas of maps.

My backyard is neither dangerous nor unexplored, so dragons do not live among the trees and plants, but a dragonfly spent a whole day basking in the sun on the back fence:
