Law Society of British Columbia v Trinity Western University & Trinity Western University v Law Society of Upper Canada are a pair of Supreme Court cases that were heard jointly, dealing with the law societies of BC and Ontario refusing to grant automatic accreditation to graduates of Trinity Western University’s proposed law school, due to the univeristy’s anti-LGBT “community covenant”.
